This session will offer information\, tools\, strategies\, and best practices that will help participants gain needed skills to support neurodiverse individuals in developing healthy\, safe\, and sustainable relationships. \n  \n			\n									Reserve Your Seat!\n					 \nMore about our Key Speakers!\nJamie Freels-Runey is the Executive Director for MOSAICS and brings over 20 years’ experience working in hospital administration for Universal Health Systems (UHS)\, Springstone Health\, Memorial Hermann Health Care System\, and Eating Recovery Center. Her experience includes in-house and corporate communications\, long- and short-term marketing plans\, and referral development through Business-2-Business relationships. Jamie’s expertise also includes hospital startup systems\, marketing development\, event planning\, vendor fairs\, community development\, and the training and supervision of other marketing professionals. She is passionate about communication and creating efficient systems. Jamie also recenty completed her MBA in Healthcare Administration at the University of Texas. She and her husband live on Lake Conroe and love the outdoors. They have 3 children\, and 2 dogs. \nMore about our Networking Group!\nThis networking group aims to bring together organizations\, professionals\, and advocates who are passionate about neurodiversity and committed to improving the lives of neurodiverse individuals and their families in Montgomery County. By collaborating and sharing best practices\, resources\, and expertise\, we aim to create a Center of Excellence that will serve as a hub for: \nSupport Services: Identifying providers offering a comprehensive range of support services\, including education\, employment\, social integration\, and mental health support\, tailored to the needs of neurodiverse individuals. \nResearch and Development: Supporting research and innovation in our community to improve our understanding and approaches to supporting and providing resources to the neurodiverse community. \nAdvocacy and Awareness: Raising awareness about neurodiversity and advocating for inclusive policies and practices in our community. \nTraining and Education: Providing training and professional development opportunities for support providers\, educators\, and community members to enhance their skills in working with neurodiverse individuals. \nCommunity Engagement: Organizing events\, workshops\, and awareness campaigns to engage with the broader community and promote acceptance and inclusion.
