Does This Sound Familiar?

As a parent, you’ve watched your adult overcome challenges that many people never see. You know they have strengths, talents, and potential.

Yet taking the next step toward independence can feel overwhelming.

Maybe they spend most of their day at home playing video games because they aren’t sure what comes next.

Perhaps they want a job but lack the confidence or practical skills to get started.

Maybe you’re wondering how they’ll manage finances, housing, or everyday responsibilities in the future.

Or perhaps you’re simply asking yourself,

“How do I help them become more independent?”

If these thoughts sound familiar, you’re not alone.

Many families of adults with autism, ADHD, and other neurodiversities face these same questions.

Adulting 101 was created to help answer them.

Independence Isn’t Something You’re Born With

It’s Something You Build.

Just like reading, driving, or learning a profession, independent living is a collection of skills that can be learned, practiced, and strengthened over time.

Adulting 101 provides structured coaching, practical activities, and real world discussions that help participants develop the confidence and life skills needed to become more independent in everyday life.

Our goal isn’t perfection.

Our goal is progress.
