After 25 years as an owner and director in an Architecture and Design Firm, Kelly decided to walk away from her highly successful position and step into her calling. She lauched both her consulting firm, Beyond Next Leadership and her non-profit Project Beacon Texas in 2020. Kelly believes that the world has a deficit of great leadership and that everyone deserves to be led well. With an uwavering belief that it is imperative that we raise the level of leadership in our communities and serve others she has set out to build safe homes and vibrant futures for adults with Autism, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and other Neurodiversities.
She is a certified speaker, coach, trainer, and facilitator from the internationally renowned Maxwell Leadership Team. Through the building and leading of a successful Business Transition Consulting team, she worked within organizations to guide individuals and groups through change. Early in her career, she managed the merger between Exxon and Mobil, a global real estate effort that affected tens of thousands of people. Since then, Kelly has guided several organizations through notable mergers, acquisitions, relocations, and reorganizations around the globe.
