IT Workforce Readiness Program Interest Form (Tentative Start Date Spring 2026)

Beacon Sparks: IT Workforce Readiness Program equips neurodivergent adults with the technical
training and professional skills needed to launch a career in Information Technology. Over the course
of 30 weeks, participants will complete the Google IT Support Professional Certificate while also
developing essential workplace readiness skills.

This dual focus ensures that graduates are not only certified in IT fundamentals but also prepared to
succeed in real-world work environments.

By the end of the program, participants will:

  • Earn the Google IT Support Professional Certificate
    Gain confidence in communication, teamwork, and professional self-management
  • Build a resume and online presence tailored to IT careers
  • Practice real-world workplace scenarios in a supportive environment
  • Be prepared for entry-level IT roles such as Help Desk Technician, Desktop Support
    Specialist, or IT Support Associate
The IT Workforce Readiness Program is a structured, skills-based pathway designed to prepare neurodivergent adults for entry-level careers in Information Technology. This interest form helps us gauge demand, shape program details, and notify families and participants when enrollment opens. Submitting this form does not commit you to the program.
