Amanda Smith, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Clinical Development Director – Thrive Behavior Centers
Amanda Smith is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Texas. With over 15 years of experience in the Autism world, Amanda has also participated in the development of long-term projects, coordinated teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide learning opportunities to the communities her programs serve. She has designed, developed, and implemented policies and procedures and systems across large for-profit companies to county organizations funded by State grants. Amanda currently holds the role of Clinical Development Director for Fort Worth-based ABA center, Thrive Behavior Centers. Prior to Thrive, Amanda was a founding member and Chief Clinical Officer at Apara Autism Centers from 2019 to 2023. Amanda is excited to join the Project Beacon Board partnering with amazing Houston trailblazers to make history!
